Complex systems, made usable.

I translate enterprise and regulated problems into clear operating models, reusable product experiences and governed AI-assisted delivery — connecting strategy, design, architecture and execution.

The portfolio thesis

From ambiguity to a system people can operate.

My work sits where product strategy, customer reality, technical architecture, human-centred workflow and delivery governance meet.

I have spent more than two decades across banking software, cloud transformation, enterprise delivery and regulated platforms. At AWS, I worked with strategic financial-services customers across Australia and New Zealand. Today, I lead product and AI strategy for AFC Suite, translating financial-crime operations into product modules, workflow behaviour, architecture boundaries and evidence-based release decisions.

I use AI as a bounded execution and reasoning capability, not as a substitute for product judgement. The operating model assigns clear roles to product leadership, engineering and AI systems, with human control over quality, security, acceptance and release.

“The objective is not to automate judgement away. It is to give teams better structure, evidence and leverage — while keeping accountable humans in control.”

How I work

Shape. Ship. Scale.

Three connected disciplines turn a strong idea into an enterprise capability.

01

Shape the system

Clarify the customer problem, model the domain, define decision rights and turn ambiguity into coherent product and operating architecture.

02

Ship with evidence

Connect UX direction, reusable patterns, engineering constraints and AI-assisted execution to tests, browser validation and explicit acceptance gates.

03

Scale responsibly

Build governance, adoption pathways, shared platform foundations and executive decision rhythms that support repeatable enterprise change.

Selected work

Product, operating model and public thinking.

The work below shows how I move between complex domain design, working software and practical knowledge products.

AFC product system

Three focused products. One governed foundation.

AFC Suite separates domain experiences while reusing platform capabilities for access, workflow, configuration governance, providers and audit.

  • AFC AML: operations workbench, screening, monitoring, alerts, cases and reporting.
  • AFC TBML: trade package intake, document processing, compliance findings and investigations.
  • AFC UBO: ownership research, entity investigation, human review and reporting.
